01 / MY VENTURES

Two businesses.
One practical mindset.

I build things for the long term. Whether that’s a reliable service business or a property with a better future, the foundations are the same: good people, clear numbers and steady execution.

02 / MY STORY

A different route.
A clearer purpose.

I started out in the corporate world, swapped the suit for a pest control van, and over the last decade have built two things I’m really proud of: a solid service business in London and a growing portfolio of UK properties.

I didn’t just want a job. I wanted assets that would look after me long term. That pulled me through building a business and into buying and improving real properties in the UK.

These days, most of my focus is on property. This is my behind-the-scenes space: who I am, what I do, and how I work with investors and partners.

“Simple numbers, clear communication, and deals that feel good on both sides.”

I’m not here to shout about overnight success or magic strategies. If you read this and think I sound like a normal human you could actually talk to, then I’ve done my job.

03 / MY APPROACH

Ambition, with
the numbers to match.

Maybe you want a second income without becoming a full-time landlord. Maybe you have a deal to sense-check. It starts with understanding what you want to achieve.

01

Dream it.

You don’t need perfect jargon or a 20-page business plan. You need a clear idea of what you want your money to do for you. From there, we can shape a realistic strategy, step by step.

02

Build it.

Find the right house in the right street. Plan a sensible refurbishment. Structure a deal that works for everyone. Property is built on good people and steady execution, one project at a time.

03

Keep it clear.

Understand the numbers, the timeline and the role you want to play. Clear communication keeps everyone informed from the first conversation through to the practical work.

04 / WORK WITH ME

Hands-off investment

Ideal if you have capital but limited time. I source the property, manage the refurbishment and set up the tenants, while you stay updated without the day-to-day hassle.

Already have a property or a deal on the table? I offer one-off or ongoing guidance to sense-check numbers, strategy and risk before you commit.

Getting started & strategy sessions

New to investing? We can work through what’s realistic with your budget, timeframe and appetite for risk, using examples from my own projects.

Already own property or a business? We can look at your current position and design a plan around cashflow, flips or long-term growth. Through one-to-one calls, we’ll map out clear numbers, realistic timelines and your role, whether that means a buy-to-let, a light refurbishment flip or a strategy using council and housing-association tenants.

05 / WHAT’S NEXT?

Good projects start
with a conversation.

Property projects, investment partnerships, speaking opportunities or a first conversation about your goals. I’d be glad to hear from you.
